This will require some important data points from you upfront. We like to start will looking over a T12 and YTD rent roll in order get a benchmark of how your property is performing right now. We will then underwrite the data and provide you with a letter of interest for your review. If you choose to accept our offer we will then set up escrow and start our due diligence. We require 30 days due diligence and we can close 15-30 days after that. All closings are handled through our preferred title/escrow/attorney firm Fisher and Boyles.
